ONLINE RETURNS
You can return your order taking into account the following conditions:
You have 14 calendar days to return the money from the receipt of your purchase. After these 14 days and up to 30 days, you can purchase a store coupon to enjoy it again on our official website. This date will be the one that appears on the delivery note.
Products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, including packaging and any type of protection.
Purchases made after November 25 can be returned or exchanged until January 13.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

In Spain the cost of the return will be 5 euros.
You can return your order free of charge at our point of sale.
You can also manage your international return. You can check the cost of the return from your country when you are making the process. This amount will be deducted from the refund to be made.
CHANGES online
- If you make your purchase online, you can request a single free size or product change on pajamas, through our online exchange and returns platform or at our physical point of sale at C/ Jorge Manrique, 11 CP 28006, Madrid.
- Home products that are not part of the wicker collection will have a return cost of €5. The anise chairs and vase from our wicker collection will cost €10. The saffron pedestal and table from the wicker collection will have a return cost of €22.
- If you wish to purchase another item or garment of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to you on a purchase card, so that you can enjoy it on our website or at the point of sale* mentioned, with no expiration date. If, on the other hand, the new item or garment you choose is of a higher value, you can pay the difference with your payment card.
*Exchanges cannot be made for items from The IQ Collection and your purchase card cannot be used on these products. It will only be valid for clothing and accessories from The IQ Home Collection.
If you make your exchange online, no more items can be added to that new order. You can only request a single item to proceed with the exchange.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS PHYSICAL POINT OF SALE
At our IQHOME point of sale located at C/Jorge Manrique, 11, in Madrid:
- You can request a size change or another product within 14 calendar days. The new product requested must be of the same amount or higher.
- We do not make economic returns* . If you wish to return a product purchased at this point of sale, you can do so within 14 days. You will get a store coupon to enjoy it again at this same point of sale.
* The IQ Collection clothing and accessories available at this point of sale do not accept financial returns. You can acquire a coupon within 14 calendar days, to enjoy it again on the products in our showroom. This coupon cannot be redeemed for The IQ Home products.
Remember that the items are under your responsibility until the package is delivered to our courier in case of online purchases, or until you take it to the point of sale where you purchased your purchase, in case of purchase in a physical store.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging. As well as all its accessories and labels. It is very important to maintain the packaging since it is the customer's responsibility that the product is returned well protected. Returns will not be accepted for products that do not meet these conditions or have been used.
Once the product is received in our warehouse, and after approval that the product has been received in perfect condition, you will receive your refund or store coupon.

In the event that the item has some type of defect or defect, the time to communicate the same via email at info@theiqhomecollection.com is 24/48 hours from the time the order is received. After checking it, we will proceed to collect the defective item and send a new one in perfect condition. If we do not have stock of said product for its replacement, the order will be fully refunded.
