SHIPPING
Orders are prepared every business day from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer. IQ HOME COLLECTION does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being inaccurate, incomplete or false or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user or the retention of the product in Customs.
If customs detains the package, the recipient will have to bear the handling costs. This condition is accepted upon completion of the purchase. In those cases in which the item has arrived at its destination and the customer rejects the customs and management payment, this amount will be deducted from the return of the product.
In no case is IQ HOME COLLECTION responsible for the payment of customs management or the taxes derived from them.
Below is a breakdown of shipping prices and delivery times:
Shipments to Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal:
- Free shipping (orders over 140 EUR). Delivery in 1 – 4 business days.
- Standard Shipping (orders under 140 EUR) 5.95 EUR. Home delivery in 1 – 4 business days.
- Express Shipping 7.95 EUR (peninsula only). Home delivery in 1 – 2 business days.
Shipments to Europe, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and
Melilla:
- Fee of 16.00 EUR. Home delivery 3 – 5 business days.
- Shipments to other destinations. Consult rates and transit times according to countries at info@theiqhomecollection.com
Unless there are circumstances arising from the customization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order consisting of the products listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website according to the selected shipping method.
Delivery times are approximate. Any delay or problem with the shipment must be contacted with the courier company in charge of transportation, without prejudice to VIRINCASA DECO, SL doing everything on its part to assist and resolve the matter.
