THANKSGIVING IN HORCHER
Mercedes Domecq and Eli Horcher reunite to celebrate Thanksgiving at the iconic Madrid restaurant.


Eli and Mercedes designed a table in orange and reddish tones perfect for the season. Adding a cozy touch with our poppy tablecloth and placemat to the wonderful Horcher living room, they decided to serve the menu on Amazonas tableware from IQ Home.





First they served Lobster Bisque , a dish that comes from the Bay of Biscay in France, one of the iconic soups of French cuisine served in the deep plate of the Amazon crockery.



For the second course, Roe Deer Meat, served with red cabbage cooked in wine, mashed potatoes and apple compote.


As a final touch, Eli offered us Baumkuchen, a German dessert served with cream, ice cream and chocolate. The best dessert in Madrid!
