RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We cannot make changes online. If you need another size, color or product, you can make a new purchase and return what you don't want so we can process the refund.
- You can return your order taking into account the following conditions detailed in our policy within 14 calendar days from receipt of your purchase. After these 14 days and up to 30 days, you can purchase a store coupon to enjoy it again on our official website. This date will be the one that appears on the delivery note.
In Spain the cost of the return will be 5 euros.
