We cannot make changes online. If you need another size, color or product, you can make a new purchase and return what you don't want so we can process the refund.

After these 14 days and up to 30 days, you can purchase a store coupon to enjoy it again on our official website. This date will be the one that appears on the delivery note.

In Spain the cost of the return will be 5 euros.
